【移動(dòng)球磨制砂選礦設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)介】
本套設(shè)備為移動(dòng)式球磨制砂選礦設(shè)備，適用于石料廠、巖金礦選金使用，其優(yōu)勢(shì)如下：
1、重型汽車底盤(pán)設(shè)計(jì)，帶轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)、發(fā)電機(jī)組，可以使用牽引車輛輕松整體移動(dòng)至工作場(chǎng)地；
2、進(jìn)料斗下部安裝了振動(dòng)給料機(jī)，防止堵料，并且可以保障均勻供料；
3、精料收集系統(tǒng)采用一臺(tái)臥式全自動(dòng)排礦離心機(jī)，進(jìn)料、排料由PLC電腦全自動(dòng)控制，操作簡(jiǎn)單方便。排廢料管道處增加一汞板溜槽，對(duì)廢料里的金進(jìn)行二次回收。(注：立式離心機(jī)因結(jié)構(gòu)原因，只能在水平地面使用，無(wú)法應(yīng)用于移動(dòng)淘金車)

【移動(dòng)球磨制砂選礦設(shè)備流程概述】Technical process
原料通過(guò)工程車輛送入進(jìn)料斗中，通過(guò)振動(dòng)給料機(jī)均勻給入上料輸送機(jī)中，然后送入重選設(shè)備-球磨機(jī)內(nèi)時(shí)行球磨，球磨后的物料排入沙箱內(nèi)，通過(guò)沙泵送入離心機(jī)內(nèi)進(jìn)行精選，精選后的精料會(huì)自動(dòng)排出，廢料通過(guò)一條汞板溜槽收尾后，廢料排入廢料區(qū)域。
The material getting into feed hopper by excavator or other machines,the the shaking feeder can make material well distributed onto conveyor and then be transporting into ball mill,the getting into horizontal auto discharge concentrator by sand pump in sand box,then concentrate get and scrap material into amalgamating board sluice to be recovered(The horizontal type gold concentrator instead of vertical type which can be working only on ground level provide good performance as a unit of the car)
